All,
I'm writing an article for Association Forum's magazine, FORUM, about the strategic planning process, and in particular what happens after the planning is over and the document is approved. I would love to get some input from the WSAE collective brain! If you have any of the following to share, I'd appreciate hearing from you by Oct. 1st:
· Tips to share about implementing/rolling out a new strategic plan, monitoring progress toward goals, evaluating impact, making mid-course adjustments, etc.
· A brief personal story or quote relating to strategic plan implementation (successes or failures are welcome!)
· A resource you found helpful during the implementation phase (web site, article, book, video, podcast, etc., etc.)
I will be more than happy to cite your contribution to the article, if space allows for me to include your item!
Thank you,
Beth
