    Is it truly a merger or acquisition. Most times an acquisition can be addressed in a MOU rather than bylaws changes. Given that the devil is in the details, a MOU may be more efficient. Either way I would try to get to an MOU before you bring in an attorney and get the meter running. Randy Brotherhood in MKE may also be a good option. Have fun. Dave
