  • 1.  Once Upon A Book Drive - 2014 Innovation Summit

    Dear Fellow WSAE Member's and Supporters,

    I have been a member of WSAE for a short 6 months and was welcomed to the Community Outreach Committee shortly after joining. Working on the back end, discussing organizations and charities with great impact on our community has been such an eye-opening experience. Not only does this call our attention to all of the phenomenal efforts happening around us on a daily basis, but it gives us the platform to celebrate and support them!

    At this years Innovation Summit the spotlight organization is Supporting Families Together Association. We are asking for new or slightly used books for the Once Upon A Book Drive, see link below for guideline and suggestions. Here is how you can donate:

    I told my AMPED co-workers about the book drive during our staff meeting today and people were excited about the chance to donate. I'd like to remind each of you to reach out to your co-workers too. Consider having a book drive in your office and bring collected books to the Innovation Summit or drop off at one of the locations mentioned below.  I look forward to seeing a big table of books and all of you in Milwaukee!

    Hi everyone!

    Please remember the Once Upon A Book Drive outreach project for the upcoming Innovation Summit. Supporting Families Together Association is excited to join us on Thursday to share how your donations help children in Wisconsin. 

    There are many fun book sales at festivals & events around the state this weekend. Keep an eye out for gently used (or new!) books for ages 12 & under. See the complete details on the Innovation Summit website under the Outreach tab.
