Connected Community Library

For my group, I see real value in using social media tools to drive members to the website. A careful strategy will need to be developed and then we'll need members to drive content. Strategy, strategy, strategy is the order of the day.

The key with engagement is two things 1) divide and conquer - while a community manager or someone should be the key owner of the community the trick is to incorporate the site as part of all groups (marketing, membership, education, leadership) 2) bring the same content you already create in other forms - print, events, education...into this site...make it part of the process.
