Good morning,
Do any of you have experience with steering an association through a sharp downturn/decrease in funding in the industry or field you serve?
If so, I'm curious what changes you made to help your members and your association get through hard times. Did you change membership dues or structure? Change the products and services you offer?
If you have any personal experience with this, or know of any case studies, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
