I posted on this forum some months ago as we embarked on a risk management journey at my association. I was surprised by the lack of resources and material on risk management relating specifically to professional association management. In April, our WSAE magazine, VantagePoint, published an article I wrote on risk management as a leadership best practice. I'm hoping some of you read the article and that we can create a dialog around this critical management practice. Do you include a formal risk management program within your association? What are your lessons learned or recommendations to share? What resources do you currently use?
