We are preparing our fall webinar series. The series focuses on information for our members, Volleyball Club Directors and Facility Owners related to the business of their club and/or facility. One of the topics that has been suggested by a number of our members is an HR topic:
Conducting a Job Interview (what questions are you not allowed to ask, what should you ask, what great interview questions)
Evaluation tools and techniques (how to make the process valuable for both the employer and employee)
How to handle a problem employee and how to fire an employee
Would anyone be interested in presenting on that topic? Does anyone have a suggestion for a good presenter? I would pair them up with a knowledgable club director who could relate the presentation to volleyball businesses.
