  • 1.  Association bylaws

    Posted 10-01-2018 06:22 PM

My association has 2 boards of directors; one for the builder members and one for associate members.  Both of those boards have bylaws, that sometimes conflict.  I have never seen an association have 2 sets of bylaws under one corporation.  Is this normal?
