    At the AACD, we've recently "decentralized" the membership role since--in reality--we believe it's an all-staff effort to ensure our members are excellently served, engaged, and retained. While specific staff members are still responsible for the mechanical aspects of acquisition, fulfillment, and onboarding, we're searching for a predictable activity or process that ALL staff can participate in (when they're not doing their day-to-day tasks) to help grow our membership base, engage our members in our highest value offerings, and cement their loyalty to AACD so that come renewal time, their decision is a no-brainer. 

    Is anyone leveraging staff to grow and retain members? What activities are they doing that make a difference? Thanks for sharing your ideas.
