Over the past few years we have offered a "Personnel Seminar" for support staff, admin assistants, and other clerical staff. I'm looking for suggestions about speakers to present this year. We'd like to offer sessions on:

Office Etiquette - dress code, email, phone, and customer service etiquette
    Word
    Excel
    Outlook

Any other suggestions you may have for topics that may be relevant for employees in a support role would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    Patrick,

It's not uncommon for support personnel to also serve as meeting planners for their firm so I would suggest a "Meetings 101" seminar with perhaps a hotel CSM as a presenter.  Understanding event terminology and the process from the venue side could be very helpful.
