We’ll kick off the retreat with pre-dinner cocktails at Lake Geneva's only lakeside restaurant Pier 290. Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm. We will be joined by our event sponsors and plenary speaker to network with our group. Dress is business casual.
A shuttle will be provided by The Abbey Resort to and from Pier 290.

The Belonging Project – and Why Leaders Need It

Through your participation in this highly interactive workshop you will:
- Gain core neuroscience competencies about the impact your emotions have on your physiology and importantly your relationships.
- Explore your experiential bias and gain tools for self-regulation and neutralization.
- Increase your ability to filter incongruent behavior and "see" the humanity in your co-workers, family members, friends and complete strangers.
- Gain leadership skills in how to lead with unmistakability; meet employees where they are; and create an environment where your employees feel seen, heard and like they matter.
- Coalesce as a group and leave with an increased sense of belonging with each other.

Previously she co-owned the Bartolotta Restaurants, during her tenure Jennifer served on numerous non-profit boards and was widely recognized for her contributions to Milwaukee. We’ll enjoy lunch together where we’ll be joined by Dale Knapp, Director of Research and Analytics of the Wisconsin Counties Association, as our luncheon expert and discussion leader. Mr. Knapp will share insights into the WI economy and how it may impact the organizations we lead.

The final part of our event is the highly valued CEO Roundtable session where we’ll have confidential discussion on a variety of timely topics that are important to you.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing by Friday, October 28 to receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation charge.
