In addition, many organizations do not see the benefit of long-term planning when the future is so uncertain. Smart organizations, however, recognize that strategic planning is vital to growth – you cannot achieve what you cannot envision! Amid the chaos, there is an opportunity – if we deliberately look for it. The good news is that strategic planning and looking for opportunities do not have to be time-consuming. This session will show you how to simplify the process by incorporating planning into your monthly meetings. In a VUCAS world simple strategies = sustainable success!
