Diane Welhouse is a strategic and operational business consultant, leadership coach, and national speaker at Welhouse Consulting, LLC. With over 30 years of experience spanning the non-profit and for-profit sectors, she has held leadership roles with organizations such as the United States Bowling Congress, Direct Supply, Inc., and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Milwaukee, and has owned and operated a design-build-remodel general contracting firm. Today, she works with organizations on their strategy, execution, operations, finances, people, culture, membership, and governance. Welhouse holds bachelor’s degrees in mass communications, psychology, and sociology from UW-Milwaukee and an associate degree in interior design from Fox Valley Technical College. She is a Certified NARI Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR), a Certified Master Coach (CMC), and a Certified DISC Practitioner.
